  • Refunds & Cancellations: Fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of service failure attributable to TerraPeak.

  • Late Payments: Unpaid invoices beyond the due date may result in service suspension and additional fees.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TerraPeak offers strategic consulting and trading support but does not guarantee business success, sales results, or AI effectiveness. TerraPeak is not liable for third-party actions or outcomes. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal proceedings. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against TerraPeak.
